Our world is saturated with hostility. Race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, politics, economics, faith (or no faith) are routinely used to divide and subjugate others. The hate and fear we ingest from media and others can overwhelm our joy to live.

It doesn’t have to be this way. We have options.

We can grow our communities and society with love and understanding.

We can look after each other and still meet our own needs.
